The challenge
Emaar Entertainment wanted visitors to its attractions to get instant answers about tickets, prices, campaigns and events, through an experience that fits the brand’s vision of digitalization and innovation.
What we built
Together with the Emaar team we designed and launched an AI-based sales assistant that talks with visitors in natural language. It gives accurate product and campaign information, points each visitor to the right experience, and stays easy to understand in a busy mall.
What changed
- Visitors get answers without waiting.
- The sales team spends less time on repeated questions and more on each visitor.
- The project became an important step in Emaar Entertainment’s digitalization vision.
