The challenge
Manufacturers can see where AI could create value, but they need clarity on which process to start with, how ready their data is, and when the investment pays back. Keeping factory data inside the company is often a requirement.
What we built
We start by measuring the organization’s AI readiness in 360°, then prioritize the highest-impact use cases together with the teams. Each use case starts as a small pilot that has to prove itself before it goes live and scales. Where needed, the solutions run entirely on the company’s own infrastructure.
