Public institutions

AI that never leaves the organization

Where data is critical, we run our AI models on the organization’s own GPU servers, in an environment closed to the outside world. Employees work with a private, ChatGPT-like assistant, and work-specific processes are automated by AI agents.

The challenge

Public institutions and organizations that handle critical data want the productivity of generative AI, but cannot send their documents and data to cloud services outside the organization. Public AI services are not an option for them, for data security and regulatory reasons alike.

What we built

We install our AI models, together with the SezAI platform, on GPU servers in the organization’s own data center. The system can run without an internet connection; data, models and logs stay inside the organization.

Employees upload documents to a private, ChatGPT-like interface, ask questions and get summaries and analyses. AI agents automate the organization’s own processes, working with its own rules and permissions.

What changed

  • Generative AI is used without data ever leaving the organization.
  • Research, summarizing and analysis on documents gets faster.
  • Repetitive processes are automated by AI agents.
  • Access, permissions and logs stay fully under the organization’s control.

The system we build

On GPUs, on premises

Our models run on the organization’s own GPU servers. Data, models and logs never leave the organization.

Agentic AI

AI agents carry out the organization’s own processes step by step, working with its systems, rules and permissions.

A private assistant for employees

Employees upload documents to a private, ChatGPT-like interface, ask questions, by text or by voice, and get summaries and analyses.

Upload, ask, get the analysis

Employees upload their documents to the internal assistant and ask their questions. The analysis runs on the organization’s own servers; the document is never sent anywhere. They can also simply talk to the assistant.
